Point One Zero designed an AI-first strategy and a set of claims analytics agents for a pharmacy benefit manager. Business teams that once waited on a small group of specialists can ask about claims utilization in plain language and receive a checked query, a chart and a written explanation. We delivered the strategy as a week-by-week plan and the first agent as a 12-week build.
Account, clinical and operations teams depended on a few specialists to write queries, build charts and explain claims trends. Routine requests filled the specialists' days and slowed client conversations. An earlier AI strategy had the right themes but no start date, and governance sat in an appendix.
We rebuilt the strategy as a week-by-week action timeline with governance running beneath every workstream. For the first use case we designed three cooperating agents: one turns a question into a checked query, one builds the chart and one explains the result with the evidence shown. Any result used with a client passes human review.
Healthcare executives received an agent architecture they could evaluate before funding and a 12-week sprint roadmap to build it. The strategy now ends in a dated build plan, and specialists can spend their time on the exceptions that need their judgment.
