Customers hunt for the right menu. Employees switch tools to find context. An assistant answers but cannot finish the task.
Teams polish the interface without studying the situation around it.
The answer appears after the customer has already called.
People cannot tell what the system can do or when a person steps in.
Web, voice and messaging use different words and rules.
We pick the right interaction for the need: a screen, a conversation or help inside existing tools. Our own design system has passed four audits covering tokens, color, theming and accessibility.
Study customer and employee tasks to find where AI would change the outcome.
Define the job, the key moments, the human role and the result to improve.
Prototype help in voice, text and existing tools, including when the system should act and when it should ask.
Specify tokens, components, language, disclosures and handoffs so every channel behaves the same through a rebrand or platform change.
Test concepts on real tasks, study the failures and adjust before scaling.
We follow one task from need to result.
We test the interaction and the handoff in the right channel.
We capture what works in a design system and measure effort and completion.
Customers search, repeat and wait less.
Problems are handled before they become calls.
Employees see context and next steps in one place.
People see what AI did and where a person takes over.
Design covers the whole task, not just the answer.
Every channel shares the same behavior and language.
A new identity is applied once through shared components.
Concepts are proven on real tasks first.
Client engagement, anonymized
A regional health system had to replace its website platform before a fixed sunset date while moving its hospitals to a new brand. We ran both as one program, planning the site around how patients look for care and building the brand into shared design components. Leadership received one plan for the migration, the rebrand and the patient journey, including visibility in AI assistants.
It designs the whole experience a person has with a service, across screens, voice, messages and people, including where AI helps and where a human takes over. The aim is less effort and more trust at every step.
The assistant should say what it does not know, show sources, ask before acting and hand over to a person with full context. We write these rules into the design system.
Beyond colors, type and components, it needs conversation patterns, disclosure language, error and confidence states, feedback controls and handoff rules.
Yes. When the brand lives in shared tokens and components, you apply the new identity once and every page inherits it, on any platform.
Yes. We prototype across web, voice, text and workplace tools, and we recommend skipping the screen when a task is simple.
Bring one journey. We will find the friction and prototype where AI could help.
