Roles & Responsibilities

• Model Development — Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
• Data Pipeline Engineering — Build and maintain robust data pipelines for ingesting, processing, and transforming large-scale datasets for model training and inference.
• Model Deployment & Monitoring — Deploy AI models to production environments and continuously monitor performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Cross-Team Collaboration — Partner with product managers, backend engineers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-powered features.
• Research & Innovation — Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to continuously improve our systems.
• Documentation & Reporting — Document model architectures, experiments, and outcomes clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps tools.
• Solid foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and probability.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• A continuous learner with a passion for technology and innovation.
